From our famous all-you-can-eat seafood buffet to our special weekend seafood boils, we are a fast-paced, family-friendly destination. We are currently looking for energetic and dedicated wait staff to join our team and help us provide outstanding service to our guests.

The Role

As a member of our wait staff, you will be the face of Catfish Cove in the dining room. Because we operate primarily as a buffet, your core focus will be on delivering top-notch hospitality, ensuring beverages are always full, and keeping tables clear and clean so our guests can fully enjoy their meal.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Greet guests warmly, answer any questions about the buffet or special menu items (like our seafood boils), and ensure they feel welcome.

• Beverage Service: Promptly take and deliver drink orders, and proactively provide refills throughout the dining experience.

• Table Maintenance: Quickly clear away used plates and silverware as guests return to the buffet. Turn over tables efficiently when guests leave to seat the next party.

• Teamwork: Collaborate with the bussers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure the dining room runs smoothly during peak hours and weekend rushes.

• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dining area, strictly following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous serving or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude!

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.

• High energy and stamina; this role requires being on your feet and moving quickly.
