We are looking for an energetic and experienced Front End Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

The Role

As the Front End Manager, you will be the face of the restaurant, setting the tone for our guest experience and leading by example. You will oversee all front-of-house staff, manage the dining room flow, and ensure that our service standards remain high during peak operational hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house staff, including hosts, servers, and bussers.

• Guest Experience: Actively engage with guests, handle inquiries, and resolve any customer service issues promptly and professionally.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the dining room, waiting areas, and the salad bar station.

• Shift Management: Run pre-shift meetings, manage section assignments, and ensure smooth communication between the front of house and the kitchen.

• Financial Duties: Handle cash drawer reconciliation, process voids/comps, and oversee end-of-shift reporting.

• Promotional Support: Assist in executing local promotional events, holiday specials, and weekend menu features.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or a front-of-house supervisory role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• A passion for delivering top-tier customer service.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
